Ingredient:
• BEEF 120g
• Japanese white radish 150gr
• Carrot 50g
• 2 potatoes
• 1/3 burdock
• 1/2 konnyaku (a gelatious food made from devil's-tongue starch)
• Soup stock of 5 cups
• Miso 80Gr
Directions
1. cut pork, Japanese white radish, carrot, potatoes like a ginkgo’s leaf.
2. Slice a burdock thin. After that, put them into water.
3. Boil konnyaku and tear them.
4. Boil the soup stock and put all of ingredients into a pot.
5. Dissolve miso in the water.
6. Serve them dish and finish!
